9. Eligibility

This RES Practice Questions is only for students who are taking the RES exam. Please ensure that you have a valid RES Certificate of Attendance (that is not expired) issued by an Approved Course Provider or proof of you currently taking the RES course (if the Attendance Cert is not issued to you yet) before signing up.

10. Payment

One-time payment for the period of access of your choice. Afterwards, your access will automatically be terminated. You can pay and sign up again if you have not passed the exam. To sign up, please follow the instructions on the payment page.

11. Account Access & Usage

• Each purchase grants access to the Platform for one (1) individual user only.
• Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
• Users must NOT allow any other person to access the Platform using their account credentials.
• We reserve our right to disapprove to the login ID if we find it suspicious. To avoid this, please use your personal email, such as google login, to set up the account.

12. Single-Session Policy

• Each account is permitted to be logged in on one device or session at any given time.
• Concurrent or overlapping logins from multiple devices, browsers, IP addresses, or locations may be treated as unauthorized use.
• The Platform reserves the right to permanently log out users or restrict access if multiple sessions are detected.

13. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing login credentials with others
• Using one account across multiple users
• Attempting to bypass login, session, or access controls
• Using automation, scripts, or tools to maintain simultaneous access

Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

14. Monitoring & Detection

To protect platform integrity, we may monitor login activity including (but not limited to):

• IP addresses
• Device identifiers
• Login frequency and session duration

These checks are conducted solely for security and fair usage purposes.

15. Enforcement & Penalties

If account sharing or multiple logins are detected, we reserve the right to:

• Terminate the account without refund
• Restrict access to certain features
• Invalidate remaining access duration

Decisions regarding violations are final and made at the Platform's discretion.

16. No Refunds for Violations

Access terminated due to a breach of these Terms is not eligible for refunds, extensions, or compensation.

17. Responsibility of the User

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any activity conducted under a user's account will be deemed to be performed by the account holder.

One account = one user

To keep things fair for everyone, accounts can only be used by one person at a time. Sharing accounts or logging in on multiple devices simultaneously may result in suspension without refund.
